Unique visitors are those who had activity during the payment period. Activity is any event performed on the website or in the application, property record, API data record, response to an email, click on a link from an email or push notification in a mobile application.

No worries, the platform will continue working.
There are two ways to choose:

• Pay for the overrun above your monthly quota. You will receive the invoice for the overrun by the end of the paid period . Each plan has it’s own overrun fee. Ask Dashly team in chat about the fees.
• Upgrade to a new plan. Usually it is more cost-effective than paying for the overrun

Overrun fee for a visitor above your monthly quota on the “Conversation” plan:

• Up to 1,000 unique visitors : $0.023
• Up to 5,000 unique visitors : $0.007
• Up to 10,000 unique visitors : $0.006
• Up to 25,000 unique visitors : $0.004
• Up to 50,000 unique visitors : $0.003
• Up to 100,000 unique visitors : $0.002
• Up to 150,000 unique visitors : $0.002
• Up to 200,000 unique visitors : $0.001

Overrun fee for a visitor above your monthly quota on the “Support” plan:

• Up to 1,000 unique visitors : $0.0909
• Up to 5,000 unique visitors : $0.0274
• Up to 10,000 unique visitors : $0.0171
• Up to 25,000 unique visitors : $0.011
• Up to 50,000 unique visitors : $0.008
• Up to 100,000 unique visitors : $0.0050
• Up to 150,000 unique visitors : $0.0044
